Refund and Returns Policy

We do Return or Exchange if the product is damaged. Return or Exchange will be finalised by Admins based on products.

Return Policies:

1) Return is acceptable only for damaged or change of products. Valid Damages – Torned products, Complete color change, Complete item change.

2) Customer should register a valid complaint with any of the 3 main admins

3) Complaint must be registered within 24 hrs from the date of delivery

4) Valid 360 degree parcel opening video is must for any kind of complaints

5) If the complaint is valid then, the product will be picked up by us or customer should deliver the item through courier (Courier service will be mentioned by admin) to the given address.

6) Once we receive the parcel we will do quality/complaint check, then we will start the return procedure

7) Money will be refunded to the customer bank account within 3 business days from the date of quality check completion.

8) Invalid Damages – Thread out, Extra Thread work, Stone/Pearl missing, Slight color variations, Extra Dying
